Second Horizon Ministries was born from a lifelong commitment to helping others navigate life's most meaningful and challenging moments. After decades of experience substance use recovery counseling, David Lockett has supported individuals and families through healing, growth, and lasting transformation. 

This work naturally evolved into a deeper calling - one that extends beyond traditional counseling and into a more personal, spiritual approach to care. As an ordained minister, he now offers guidance and support that honors not only recovery, but the full journey of life, including new beginnings, loss, celebration, and renewal.

Through Second Horizon Ministries, he serves individuals and families through weddings, funerals, life celebration, recovery milestones, and times of personal transition. Each moment is met with compassion, understand, and a steady presence.
